I really wouldn't recommend staying overnight in Bellagio, i would book all 3 nights in Bergamo and wait and see what the weather's like and do a day trip to Bellagio if the weathers sunny, you could get the train from Bergamo to Varenna with a change in Lecco, have a look around

In November the temperature is average 5/6°C - 10/12°C. It depends on the season. If you have your own car you can enjoy driving all around lake : roads are narrow but very spectacular. 2. Re: Varenna Italy in November. In Bellagio, Hotels, restaurants and shops are open till the first weekend of November, as usual. The season is at the end but anyhow a lot activities are open all year around and also ferries work all days.
Save. November is not a good month for discover the lake as a lot of hotels, restaurants and shops are closed. Anyhow, as Bellagio is a tourist village, you will find some hotel open (Hotel centrale, Hotel Bellagio or self catering apartments) and some restaurants. A lot of shops reopen in December for the Christmas time.
