It just takes a bit of time and patience. No need to rush, you will eventually end up with more money that you can ever spend. No need to give your drivers good trucks it makes not odds to them. well, one of my drivers is on a mercedes, and the other is on scania they both 1.7, the mercedes earns 2800, the scania 700 If they leave or I get rid of them, Can I hire them back later or are they gone for good? I made the mistake of hiring about 100 people, then I realized I can only afford 80 trucks so I have 20 who are probably going to leave me. I play on multiplayer so the time freezes while i generate income and they don't leave, but if I can hire them back, I'll just continue playing singleplayer with

There's no such thing as opening routes for your employees, the only thing you could do is discover the road for yourself and color the map up.
The game was never intended to be a management simulation, the drivers and garages are not the main focus. Once you have a few drivers, you will earn more money than you can ever spend and it will just pile up in your bank account. My main profile is up to over €3 billion and I earn over €1 million per week.
If I upgrade a truck for a driver, does it make a difference? For example, if i improve the transmission on a driver's truck, will he earn more money? To make more money off the extra drivers, set them to level up on the Long Distance element rather than anything. That way they will get the longer, more profitable loads to carry. Just remember to keep an eye on the progress every once in a while and readjust the drivers profile to level up on a different category. 3. At the beginning, when you only have a couple drivers, setting them to Long Distance for the quick Euros is a good idea, but I agree that after you get your first couple of drivers you should just set them to balanced. I totally agree with your stratagey fireshaper.Long Distance is the most important think to level up on all drivers.
Hey guys, been a while since i played and wondered if im doing something wrong. My best drivers are bringing in about 20,000 to 35,000 per job, is there anyway i can increase this? Any recommended garages to buy in certain areas and move these drivers there? I have all DLC and heavy cargo DLC but i wondered if i can increase their income? They also have the Volvo FH trucks fully geared up for
Hi all! I play both games ET2 and ATS since a while. I mean, I speant some money expanding my garage, buying trucks and contracting drivers, but the money I received for every work they made was really low and the taxes I had to pay every day were high, so I decided to sell the trucks, solve the payments with the bank, fire the drivers and keep driving by my self. I use to get contracts around
Not upgrading garages to 'large' will literally save you millions in the long run. #6. Nimir-Raj Dec 10, 2014 @ 1:13am. Eco driving is handy if your drivers fail to find jobs a lot as it lowers the cost for fuel. Long distand and ADR should be first priority, then High value/Fragile for the cash bonuses. #7.
Just make sure to save often in case of mistakes. No good getting to 349 drivers and you make a mistake and wipe all your work out. Maybe something SCS should address in these days of equality. After all, there are a lot lady drivers in the industry now. BTW, you will obviously have to find all the photos you want to use for your drivers. I have 227 drivers right now, but I stil have many garages with trucks that are not working because I have no drivers available. At the agency there is no more drivers. 227 is the maximum number of drivers that you can have? < 1 2 >. Showing 16 - 22 of 22 comments. Moving Shadow Jul 23, 2015 @ 5:57am. CfYC.
